ST PAULS HOUSE
St. Pauls House is a Grade II* Listed Office Building overlooking Park Square in Leeds. Designed as a warehouse and cloth cutting works for Sir John Barran, it was built in 1878 in an ornate Moorish-Venetian style with decorative minarets, columns and arches. The building was due to be demolished in the early 1970’s however was saved by public appeal and in 1976 it was extensively altered and restored into modern offices. The building comprises 65,066 sqft arranged across five upper floors and a lower ground floor. Since EPAM took on the management we have overseen enhancements that include the upgrading of the cycling, changing and shower facilities, improving the quality of the building information with the production of an Occupiers’ Procedures Manual and implementing regular occupiers' meetings.
