The building was extensively refurbished in 2016 to create approximately 24,000 square feet of office accommodation with a large retail unit and small café on the ground floor. The EPAM team were brought in 3 months prior to Practical Completion to design a 'soft landing strategy' that delivered a smooth transition from construction site to operational building. This work included staff recruitment, preparation of an Occupiers' Procedures Manual, Fit Out Guide and initial Service Charge budget, acquisition of artwork and assisting the agency teams with the the marketing launch.
