Situated in close proximity to the Bank of England, 120 Old Broad Street is a 49,000 sq ft multi-let office building dating from 1993.  EPAM commenced managing the building in June 2011 since which date we have worked with the Landlord's Project Team to refurbish the offices on a floor by floor basis, renewing the outdated HVAC system, and introducing bike and shower facilities.  As a result we have successfully repositioned the building in the marketplace, and seen rents rise by in excess of 50%.  EPAM are currently working with their Environmental Consultants to implement a BIM:SAM strategy to future proof the buildings plant and machinery.
