London and Britain’s other leading cities are filled with buildings that offer a fascinating blend of classic and contemporary, with steel and glass vying for space with stone and gargoyles. Every day I come into our office overlooking the Royal Academy and count myself lucky to work in the UK property business.
Everyone at EPAM shares my passion for property management. We see it as a privilege to make sure the buildings we manage thrive, for their owners first and foremost, but also for their occupiers. Unfortunately, this passion is not shared by some of our competitors.
Time and again clients come to us with stories of poor management and shabby upkeep.
We created EPAM for this very reason, to banish mediocrity from property asset management and deliver a service that extolled excellence throughout.

We focus on the details, making sure every room in the building is sparkling clean and that every piece of equipment is fully functioning, from the lifts and air conditioning units, to the clock on the building’s façade. We take great pride in what we do, recognising that these buildings represent the businesses and individuals that inhabit and own them.
Effective management of property assets is all we do. We’re not distracted by sales or lettings. Instead we focus on ensuring that each building is functioning properly and profitably with happy occupiers and satisfied owners.
